Fees for our services are as described on our pricing page or in your service agreement. For project-based work, a typical payment structure is 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. For recurring services, payment is due at the beginning of each service period. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, we grant the client a license to use the website or other deliverables. We retain the right to use the project for promotional purposes in our portfolio. Any third-party components or software are subject to their own licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Geek IT.net, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
